I had 4 glasses of water a salad at lunch a coffee and then my family went out to dinner to applebees. I tried not to use my phone as much and  I didnt use facebook or internet. I also turned off my 3G in order to stay on track. I think the idea other people have are really good and I think its cool to see people have some of their family invloved

I had two glasses of water and I ate a salad at lunch and after school I had uburger. I didn’t go on Facebook but I did go on twitter. I stopped texting everyone except one person. I think a lot of people on my timeline have good ideas on how to stop usin their technology by not having it on them. ZzZzZz

Water - I drank 2 cups of water I took a 15 minute shower and brushed my teeth
Food- I had crackers and a salad at lunch. Then I got a cookie from the snack line -_- . I went home and had a bacon egg and cheese from dunkins and a coffee .
I spent money on food throughout the day.
Internet- I was on my phone here and there. But last night instead of going on twitter I just turned my phone off to stop the temptation.
Sustainability- I took a shorter shower and turned my phone off earlier than I normally would

Day 1 

I didn’t use my phone today really because I was at work, I tried to cut out Facebook and I was successful; but I couldn’t stop from checking twitter
